Oshawa Senior Citizen Center is a great resources for the eldery living in Oshawa. They provide a variety of senior programs for individuals 55+. Programs include:

Adult Day Program
The Adult Day Program (ADP) is for seniors who require additional assistance to remain active. Oshawa Senior Citizen Center offers care for seniors while allowing caregivers to rest. Accessible up to five days of the week at all branches. Activities inclucde socializing, exercise, memory work, games, music, craft.
