Caregivers With Hearts provides home care services for the elderly, individuals with dementia, limited mobility, as well as respite care services. Clients may wish to receive help at home while they are recovering from an illness or fall, when they return from a stay in hospital, or to support their continuing independence at home. Our flexible range of personal care, companionship, and homemaker services are done with the utmost respect, honesty, and dignity; positively impacting our clients, client’s care, families and organizations within our communities.

How does our home care services work?

We offer a variety of home care services and support, which can be delivered just for few hours a day or up to 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our care and support is person centered with the user at the heart of the service. We will match you with one of our caregivers so that at the time of your visits you will open your door to a friendly and familiar face. All our caregivers have free criminal record check working with the vulnerable sector and will receive appropriate training.

HOW TO GET HOME CARE SERVICE

We will arrange to visit you at your home to discuss your needs and how Caregivers With Hearts can meet those needs. If you decide to proceed we will set up a care plan for you, match you with a caregiver and arrange your schedule visit as soon as possible.
